Relevant Published, Peer-Reviewed Research Section

• The date of the last time the CEBC research staff reviewed the program’s published, peer-reviewed research articles is listed at the bottom of the program’s entry next to “Date Research Evidence Last Reviewed by CEBC:”.
• All published peer-reviewed research articles available as of that date have been reviewed by the CEBC research staff, but every article is not necessarily summarized on the program’s entry.
• The published, peer-reviewed research articles that are summarized can differ by rating category.
• For programs rated a 1, 2, or 3, the articles that are summarized are, for the most part, ones that contributed directly to outcomes for the topic area where the program is rated and the Scientific Rating the program received unless otherwise specified.
• For programs that are in the Not able to be Rated category, the articles that are summarized include outcomes that are related to the topic area where the program is listed.
• The CEBC research staff decides which and how many summaries are to be displayed with a typical limit of the 10 most relevant articles.
• If you are a program representative and wish to verify the published, peer-reviewed research that has been reviewed by the CEBC research staff, please contact the CEBC.
