Megan Platt is a Content & Design Specialist at the California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare (CEBC). In her role, she leads the design, development, and implementation of all branding, print, and electronic media and marketing materials across the CEBC and several grant-funded projects at the Chadwick Center, including the California Training Institute (CalTrin) and the Western Regional Child Advocacy Center (WRCAC).
Megan has worked at the Chadwick Center for seven years. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design at California Lutheran University. She has over 10 years of professional graphic design experience, most recently designing for non-profit initiatives within the National Center for Youth Law and the University of San Diego School of Law's Child Advocacy Institute. She is also a published artist. Megan feels grateful for the unique opportunity to use her design skills to help children and families.
Megan has been married to her high school sweetheart for almost a decade. They keep busy chasing after their toddler and their Golden Retriever. In her free time, Megan enjoys baking, music, and photography. She also loves all things Disney and can quote every line from the TV show, Friends.
