The KEEP team at OSLC Developments, Inc. (ODI) uses a full transfer model whereby outstanding KEEP Group Leaders can be nominated by their agency to become coaches. They then provide coaching and trainings. In addition, they observe (via videotape) and code sessions for fidelity using the FAR for members of their agency (or other specified units such as geographic area). This is designed to build agency internal capacity and promote sustainment.
